How Can Students Challenge Themselves And Their Capabilities?

There are many ways students can challenge themselves and their capabilities.

For instance, going out of your comfort zone. Challenge yourself to do one thing each day that is out of your comfort zone. Whether it’s joining a school club or talking to a different student in one of your classes.

Students who enjoy writing can challenge themselves by taking a creative writing course or challenge themselves to write different topics they do not usually write about.

Students who are capable of coding with python can challenge themselves to try a different coding language such as Java or Ruby.

Everyday, you can challenge yourself to try new things and take that one step further. If you enjoy public-speaking in front of fifteen students, challenge yourself to speak in front of thirty students, and eventually be able to challenge yourself to speak in front of the entire school.

Challenging yourself and your capabilities will help you learn new skills and abilities along the way as well as benefiting your personal well being and mental health.

It helps grow skills and knowledge and helps boost confidence.
