Why High School Is About How You Learn, Not What You Learn
Knowing specific history facts that you learned in high school may not help you in the rest of your life, but how you learnt those facts is what’s important.
Having the ability to teach yourself things is an amazing life skill because that is that is how you grow as a person.
When you finish school you don’t stop learning so when you are a student, continuous learning is important for building that life skill.
When you are in school, you are learning your specific subjects, but when you are outside of school, you can take those skills and apply them to learning new things about the real world.
From baking a cake, to trying to speak a foreign language on a holiday, you are continuously learning.
Staying curious about life and knowing how to self learn will set you up with great success and a long life of learning!
